− I had a very concerning experience with this hotel. Two days before my arrival, they attempted to cancel my reservation. When I arrived, they tried to charge me about 40% more than the confirmed price, saying that fees were not included—despite my booking clearly stating that all taxes and fees were included. I refused to pay the inflated amount, and after some back-and-forth, they eventually charged me the correct price. However, the situation didn’t end there. The next day, they reported me to Booking.com as a “no-show,” even though I had successfully checked in. What makes this especially troubling is that they themselves showed me my Booking.com reservation details during check-in.
