A lovely property in a great location.
8.0Excellent location. Good size balcony . Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very quiet . Good swimming pool with well maintained communal areas.
− Initial problem with en suite shower, but got it replaced quickly once management company made aware of it. Ants in kitchen.

− Finding the office from the airport was difficult…property is only a short walk from the office but with suitcases not pleasant….perhaps a meet and greet at the apartment would benefit

7.0Proximity to Moraira was great. View from the balcony was superb. The apartment was very spacious.
− The apartment was a little stark, lacking in homely touches, such as rugs, throws etc. A small welcome pack of bread, cheese, fruit etc would have been nice, though a few basic kitchen cleaning products were provided.
An ideal spot for a relaxing break, very close to the shops and bars and an ideal location
9.0The staff were very helpful. The accommodation is ideal and in close proximity to the bars, shops and beach. We would definitely go again. It was easy to go to the office reception to collect the keys, they showed us a video of how to access the apartment block. Luckily when we arrived a member of staff was still there so he showed us in to the block and helped us with accessing the lift etc... I think it is a better touch to be shown into the accommodation as there are various light switches and you need to use a key for the lift, could be confusing to the elderly clients.
− There was a lovely swimming pool area but no sunbeds available for use. If we had known we would have taken two chairs with us. The apartment is huge and they have lots of spaces where sunbeds, chairs could be kept. It might be an idea to make this clear on the website details.
