Convenient Stay Near Golden Temple with Helpful Staff but Some Noise Issues
7.0Courteous staff who accommodated our request for a ground-floor room as elders were traveling. Like many buildings in Amritsar, there’s no elevator. Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh are a 5-min walk, with autos easily available outside. Decent-sized AC room and comfortable stay overall.
− There was some noise from dogs barking, street traffic, and conversations at the reception, which could be heard in the room. The approach roads are quite narrow, so it’s better to plan pickup and drop timings in advance as vehicles can block traffic easily.

6.0Apenas da localização, fica bem próximo ao templo e onde tudo acontece.
− Limpeza do ambiente fica muito a quem, as roupas de cama estavam todas sujas, um dos travesseiros com uma mancha vermelha que não sabia se era mosquito esmagado ou algum machucado que encostou, mofo pra todos os lados e o chuveiro não esquentava.

1.0Location was 5 minutes to Golden Temple. Communication before arrival good.
− Where shall I start...The room was disgusting. Bathroom stank of urine. Room was musty smelling. Bed sheets were dirty and worn. We checked jn at 9pm and had to ask the staff to clean all 3 rooms, which took forever and should have been done before arrival. Shared the room with a cockroach. I could go on, but my children are still recovering.
