− (English version below second part) Très cher pour ce que c'est, à fuir. Emplacement catastrophique à 30 minutes à pied de tout commerce et de la plage, accès en voiture quasi impossible, compter 15 minutes à pied pour trouver un parking au prix fort. Espace partagé de type colocation avec aucune intimité. Cuisine/séjour commun beaucoup trop petit, en plus avec volet toujours fermé et camera de surveillance. Les parties privatives beaucoup trop petites sont très mal insonorisées les unes des autres, salle de bain beaucoup trop petite aussi. Le petit déjeuner aurait presque été correct mais très limité en quantité/choix/servi jusqu'à 8h30 max et longue attente, car salle trop petite pour tous les clients. Nous sommes en dehors de tout standard hôtelier/ Airbnb normal. Atmosphère très étouffante. Travaux de construction juste derrière. Nous sommes très étonnés des remarques positives des autres clients au vu du lieu qui ne devrait même pas être admis par Booking.. English version: Very expensive for what it is, to avoid. Catastrophic location, 30 mn walk from all shops and the beach, almost impossible to access by car, allow 15 minutes on foot to find expensive parking. Shared space, like a shared apartment, without any privacy. Shared kitchen/living room much too small, plus the shutter is always closed and controlled by camera. The private areas are much too small and very poorly soundproofed from each other, the bathroom is also much too small. The breakfast would have been almost adequate but very limited in quantity/choice/served till 8:30 max and long wait, because the room is too small for all the guests. We are outside any normal hotel/Airbnb standard. We are very surprised by the positive comments from other guests given our experience and should'nt be granted by Booking

The host is friendly and helpful; it is a good location in a quiet area; breakfast was ok.

− The mattress (futon) was not comfortable (like sleeping directly on the tatami); the room entrance is directly in the breakfast common area, so it is possible that, during breakfast, some noise could annoy you; not possible to open the windows of the room.

Hospital owner and a pleasant stay

The owner is very hospital and willing to share you a lot about everything, speaks very fluent English. The pickup service (from and to Kamakura main station) is convinent, especially when you are traveling with kids or elders. The room is clean. The location is in walking distance to Great Budda area. Free breakfast and free water bottles.

− The room size is okay but not big (need to pack our luggages and make them stand, then we have enough space for 4 beds). The wifi connection speed is okay but someitmes on and off. The sound insulation is not good between the rooms to public area (room to room insulation is okay).
