10.0Очень приветливый владелец, заселил нас позже положенного, ждал. Все показал, рассказал. Очень уютно, чисто, по домашнему . Ну и Вид конечно, отдельная любовь.
un apartament cu vedere excelenta spre mare
10.0Apartament ok. Terasa e cea care face toti banii, mare, cu masa cu 6 scaune si un balansuar, cu vedere excelenta la mare si la insula Krk, noaptea e deosebit (nu iti vine sa iesi la nici un restaurant). Locatia e intrun cartier deasupra orasului, liniste totala. Accesul la locatie putin cam dificil, terenul fiind foarte inclinat. Cartierul e un haos total, nu te atrage sa te plimbi pe strazi. Orice ai nevoie, mers la plaja (cam o ora mers cu masina pana la o plaja buna de pe insula Krk), mers la magazin (30 min urcat panta pe jos pana la lidl sau 10 minute cu masina), iesit in oras (o ora pe jos coborat la vale si o ora si 30 minute urcat panta la intoarcere), trebuie facut cu masina. Este si un autobuz (numarul 3) din fata locatiei care va poate duce pana in centru orasului. E genul de apartament pentru familie, care ziua merg cu masina pe insula la plaja iar seara si-o petrec pe terasa. Un singur lucru minus - lipsesc plasele de tantari (noi am avut aparat antitantari la noi), iar aerul conditionat e pe finalul vietii, deci nu prea eficient.

8.0Kada nam je dijete uprljalo posteljinu domaćini su donijeli novu i presvukli krevet. Apartman je uredan, ima klimu, terasicu s tendom, ima glačalo, perilicu rublja, sušilo za kosu, sušilo za veš...frižider sa zamrzivačem...
− Na prozorima su samo s unutarnje strane rolo zavjese za zamračivanje. Apartman je skroz u potkrovlju, stepenice su s vanjske strane, ima ih dosta ako si smješten s malom djecom :O
Weit weg von der Stadt, jedoch mit toller Aussicht.
10.0Super Ausblick von der obersten Etage.
− W-Lan-Passwort im Appartement vorhanden, aber kein Mensch konnte erahnen welches Netzwerk dass man nehmen sonn. ImmHaus werden ca. 7-8 verschiedene W-Lans empfangen und das Passwort passt zu keinem einzigen. Da ich eh nur eine Nacht dort war, war das nicht so tragisch. Aber sinnvoll wäre es gewesen, wenn man das Netzwerk auch mit dem Passwort angeschrieben hätte.
