Włąścicielka bardzo miła i uprzejma. Mogliśmy sie zameldować po 22.30 mimo, że zameldowanie było do 21.00 Dobre śniadanie w formie bufetu. Świetna lokalizacja i prywatny parking na miejscu.

The Room: The room was absolutely perfect and exactly what a family of 4 needs. It’s located in a charming old house, but the rooms are newly renovated and spacious. It featured incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, a great shower, excellent AC, beautiful lighting, and wooden floors. It even had a sofa and coffee table, making it feel like a small living room. Parking & Location: Parking was no problem at all. A major plus was that they allowed us to leave our car parked at the property after checkout so we could walk around Sintra, which we really appreciated.

− Unwelcoming Staff: The service was incredibly disappointing; it felt as though they didn’t care we were there. The welcome was very unpleasant, and the receptionist was quite rude to my wife upon arrival. Poor Management: One day, the water was completely cut off. There was no one at the reception to help, and when I sent a message through Booking.com, the staff member who replied showed zero concern. Breakfast Misses: The self-serve breakfast was overloaded with pastries and lacked any hot options like scrambled eggs or bacon. Worst of all, out of all those pastries, there wasn't a single pastel de nata—which is practically a crime in Portugal! No WiFi: The WiFi signal did not reach our room at all, which was a very annoying inconvenience. Neglected Property: It is a massive pity that the garden is not taken care of. The property has huge potential, but it seems they don't employ a gardener. We walked through it and saw what could be a beautiful terrace to chill on, but it is completely overgrown and reclaimed by nature. It currently feels like no man’s land.

− El exterior de la casa muy dejado , los jardines prácticamente abandonados. Es una pena con las instalaciones que tiene y lo dejadas que están ( en el exterior ) el precio se podía apurar un poco

W przestronnym, minimalistycznie urządzonym apartamencie było czysto, idealnie czyste były pościel i ręczniki. Dostępny jest bezpłatny parking. W odległości 10 minut znajduje się dworzec pociągowy, w 15 minut spacerem można dojść do starego miasta. Przemiła obsługa. Warto wybrać ro miejsce jako miejscówkę w Sintrze.

− Śniadania były dosyć słabe, nie było żadnego dania na ciepło. Byliśmy na dwóch śniadaniach i były dokładnie takie same. Pieczywo tostowe. Z ogrodem mam problem. Z jednej strony ogromny potencjał, z drugiej strony bardzo zaniedbany. Na pewno potrzeba dużych nakładów finansowych, wtedy byłby cudowny, figury, wykafelowane ławki, szklana altana, fontanna. Chciałabym poznać historię tego miejsca.

The guesthouse is in a great location. It's about 15 minutes to bus stops 435 and 434, which will take you to any palace. The surroundings are very green and the air is fresh. The host allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot longer, for which we are very grateful.
