6.0− Nem tartom korrektnek hogy 2 szobát lefoglaltam 2+4 ágyasat. Egy kérdésre jeleztem előbb hogy 5-en megyünk később mondtam hogy 6-an. Egy emailt vagy tájékoztatást nem kaptam hogy egy plusz költség lesz, hiszen nem pótágyat kértem. Kellemetlen volt..

− Nefungovala klimatizace a místo, aby to recepční vyřešil, tak mě nechal min. 5x chodit stále za ním, že to stále nejde, řekl mi špatně tel číslo na recepci.
