8.0The place is comfortable, good for long term stay. The surrounding area are quiet. A bit far from pattaya, recommended to have a rented car. The pool is big, the rooms are comfy and
− One of the toilet bowl seat does not match the toilet bowl so it is kinda messy and very hard to use. Still need to pay 5baht per unit of electricity consumed spent 3000baht for our 1 week stay given that we already saved electricity as much as possible), the pool water is murky, the pool guy just spreads the chlorine directly on the pool that the powdered chlorine are still visible hours after hence giving us some allergic reaction. Other than that it is an OK villa but could be better.
