A great location with a large, fenced plot and an additional outdoor shower. Everything was close to both the beach and the city center.

A big plus was the oven. Nice large garden/terrace with an outdoor kitchen, sun loungers, and a shower. The beach is close by.

− It was never clearly stated that this was a mobile home. You can literally hear everything, almost like sleeping in a tent. On Sunday night someone was playing techno music all night long and we barely slept. Also, if someone in the neighboring room leaves their light on, it shines through the ventilation opening into the other room, which is very disturbing for anyone trying to sleep. There is NO WiFi. It may not have been explicitly listed, but it was also never clearly stated that there was no WiFi. In the 21st century, you simply do not expect a place not to have internet access. The TV only works when the weather is good. If there is wind or rain, there is basically no signal, so the TV is not very useful either. There is an extra charge for bed linen and towels, which was mentioned, but we did not expect such extremely high prices. They wanted €120, which feels unreasonable. Everywhere else we traveled, extra charges were much lower. On top of that, this was only communicated after the free cancellation period had already expired — otherwise we definitely would have cancelled the booking. It was also our mistake for not asking in advance. Communication with the owner was difficult. At first she wrote in Italian, then after I explained that I speak English, she started writing in Swedish, and then stopped replying for a while. The next few messages were in English, but the last ones were again in Italian, which honestly made us feel like we were being mocked. The bathroom door handle keeps falling off. The owner did say she would fix it. One chair in the kitchen has one leg shorter than the others, making it unusable, so one of us always had to sit on a small stool next to the table. A lot of the dishes in the cupboards were still dirty with food residue, so they were clearly not washed properly.

Très bonne maison pour découvrir un endroit magnifique

Très belle maison, située tout près des plus belles plages de Porto Pino (à seulement deux minutes à pied). Proche de tous les services essentiels (bars, magasins, restaurants…). Il est également possible, le matin, d’acheter du poisson frais en bas de la rue, directement auprès des pêcheurs de retour de leur sortie en mer. Maison fonctionnelle et très pratique, avec un très joli espace extérieur où vous pouvez garer votre voiture en toute tranquillité.

− Franchement, je n’ai pas trouvé de points d’amélioration. Même la musique de la discothèque du samedi ne nous a pas dérangés, et avec les enfants nous avons dormi sans aucun souci. Tout a été parfait.

Posizione ottima per chi ama le passeggiate sulla spiaggia a qualsiasi ora..L'appartamento è comodo e c'è tutto quello che serve. Ho trovato fantastico.lo spazio esterno delimitato da un muretto che garantisce privacy e sicurezza per chi soggiorna con il proprio animale, spazio comodissimo dotato di sedie sdraio, panca e tavolo, il tutto riparato dal sole da profumati pini e tende parasole. Bello anche poter parcheggiare la propria auto all'interno, con possibilità di chiudere il portone per un massimo confort e sicurezza.
