9.0la struttura si trova in una zona molto tranquilla (nonostante la strada vicina sia molto trafficata) e a 5 minuti di auto da Follonica. dispone per tutti gli appartamenti di un parcheggio gratuito personale. le camere sono piuttosto spaziose. ognuna ha uno spazio esterno per poter mangiare. noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo usufruito anche del divano letto che nonostante sia rimasto sempre aperto permetteva di muoversi senza problemi. il cucinino dispone dell'indispensabile per poter cucinare. abbiamo trovato la camera molto pulita e anche gli interni dei mobili. il bagno e' "vecchietto"ma spazioso e pulito. a disposizione degli ospiti c'e'la piscina, sia bassa per i bimbi che piu' alta. veniva pulita tutte le mattine. noi abbiamo usufruito anche della colazione, molto varia e con dolci fatti in casa. le signore che gestiscono la struttura sono veramente molto disponibili ad aiutarti. ci hanno consegnato appena arrivati un elenco di spiagge e locali dove poter mangiare ma anche quando abbiamo chiesto dei consigli extra sono state subito pronte ad aiutarci.
− unica piccolezza e' che forse curerei piu' i dettagli, l'erba davanti alla nostra entrata era alta e il tappo del wc era parecchio rovinato. anche qualche gruccia in piu' nell'armadio sarebbe stata molto gradita.
Ottima posizione, staff cordiale pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze. La piscina è molto curata. Consigliato!
