9.0Everything really except for two small recommendations below
− We were a group of 9. Not enough wine glasses for one each. Lack of bedroom bins was a disappointment for the ladies in the group
Great Villa for party of 10
9.0Great communication at the start. Fantastic location, comfort and well equipped. Staff were amazing and so helpful when I did leave something behind, posted and received over night, thank you!
− After payment and only a few days to go, the owners did throw Bach Care a curve ball regarding not wanting adults in the bunk beds, this should be clear for booking.com and Bach Care
Fabulous house and great accommodation for a large group/family. Excellent location to Havelock
8.0Location was perfect. Easy walk to town - short ride to vineyard restaurants. Great views from decks and well presented property. Very good communication throughout from hosts. Perfect layout for our group of 6 individuals.
− Upstairs guest toilet was out of action. I was in top master bedroom which meant I had all other upstairs friends sharing my en suite which could not be isolated from the bedroom as no internal room doors. Caused disruptive sleep for me. Appreciated offer of very generous check out time however did not make use of that due to travel requirements.

− There is a leak out of the bottom right of the fridge. We almost had a few slips.
Perfect place for a large group
10.0Large villa with plenty of room. Seven of us were very comfortable, large lounge to relax in. Kitchen was well equipped. Clean and tidy. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.
