Good location but outdated facilities.
7.0The location was perfect — we were able to reach many different cities and attractions easily and quickly using public transport. At the same time, the hotel itself was situated in a quiet and relaxing area, which made it very pleasant to come back to after a day out. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made a big difference to the overall experience. The hotel was also very clean, and housekeeping did a great job — our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided daily. Additionally, the room size was very good, making the stay more comfortable.
− The facilities were very basic and felt outdated overall. The rooms were extremely hot, and since there was no air conditioning, it made it very difficult to sleep at night. Although there was a fan in the room, it was not really effective. The breakfast options were very limited and mostly consisted of sugary foods, with very few balanced or healthier choices available. The bed was also not comfortable, which added to the difficulty of getting good rest. In addition, there was no small fridge in the room to keep food or drinks cool, which would have been very helpful given the heat. There was also no kettle available.
