A comfortable overnight stay at the Globe.
10.0The staff were most welcoming when we arrived late, sadly too late to sample the cooking in the kitchen, but that was our fault. The room was clean and tidy and the facilities of a good standard.
− The narrow staircase to the rooms, but it is a historic building.

− Room was basic, carpet was heavily stained, bed was two pushed together, one side dipped into the middle, obviously old and we'll used. Staircase to room, was very dirty, not at all inviting. Had to enter the Staircase from outside

6.0Wonderful warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, even had a free room upgrade! The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We had an evening meal in the restaurant both evenings and the food, service and staff were exceptional
− Beautiful looking room but in need of repairs, skirting board hanging off, grout from bathroom tiles coming off, very stained carpet. There was fridge in the room but unfortunately this did not work neither did the remote control for the TV. The room was cold but were provided with a heater. Internet was hit and miss depending on where you were in the room. Although room was clean and tidy it could just do with a spruce up
