9.0Very central with a pretty courtyard. Well equipped and spacious room with a comfortable bed.
− The bathroom is a partition behind the bed with no ceiling, so you can see the bathroom light when it comes on during the night!

8.0Lekker centraal in Wells, vriendelijk personeel en prima parkeergelegenheid in de buurt.
− Het was er ontzettend warm, ondanks de ventilator, oud pand dus ik begrijp het wel maar op tijd ramen en gordijnen dicht door de eigenaar was fijn geweest.

7.0I liked the fact that the property was very close to the cathedral, which was where I needed to get to and also the fact that it was very clean inside the room.
− The main inconvenience was the shower - it all looked great and clean, however the temperature tap wasn’t working, so my shower was extremely hot, making it very difficult to have a shower! I had to wash myself in parts and very quickly so I wouldn’t get burnt. Additionally, my room was a little stuffy and the only window opened up to an alleyway where pigeons perched and as soon as I opened the window the pigeons seemed to want to come in the room, so I had to keep the window closed.

All three rooms are directly above the bar in this pub and they may be affected by noise.
