Very comfortable room in a country pub with friendly staff and great food.
9.0Spacious room with a modern bathroom. Very friendly staff. Great to stay in a country pub and meet some locals. Dinner menu was excellent. Breakfast choice and quality also excellent. Also near the Bovington Tank Museum - an unexpected must-see bonus. Thanks so much for a great stay.

8.0I chose the pub for its proximity to Milton Abbey where I was attending a concert and this worked well. I did not eat dinner at the pub so can’t comment on that. I really like that fresh milk was left in the fridge with the tea making tray, no little pots of horrible UHT here.
− I ordered eggs florentine for breakfast and unfortunately the spinach was gritty from not being washed thoroughly, not pleasant. I did pass this on at the time.
