8.0The hotel service is great. The staffs are humble and always supporting. The location is nice.
− The hotel does not have a lift. Can be a matter of life or death as well. Especially if people are staying in 3rd floor.
One word - amazing property..
10.0Everything about The Saraha is so good. The rooms are spacious and clean. Super helpful staff..Mr.Stanzin Norboo was so helpful in helping me plan the rest of my trip as well. Mr. Dinesh at reception counter ensured that we had packed breakfast ready at 5AM in the morning since we had a long drive back. Thank you team Saraha😊
− Nothing that I can think of...just that they dont have any accommodation for drivers..not counting as a significant issue though.
Relaxing and beautiful place - out of the hustle and bustle.
10.0Dinesh and the team at The Saraha were so lovely and provided the most peaceful and comfortable stay, with the most incredible view of the mountains.
− There weren't many other guests at the time so not much opportunity for socialising, but that is through no fault of the place.
overall ok,just wished they had oxygen as I got very unwell on night and stayed awake
7.0− There was no doctor or oxygen cylinder available although they had medicines
