8.0Great location and very generous sized accommodation, friendly staff, excellent bar and outdoor seating areas, great breakfast served by very helpful staff
Great location and clean room - worked well for us.
9.0Room as clean as a whistle. Everything we needed for a comfortable night stay. Great guy showed us round and had a nice atmosphere - arrived just after the live music had finished which was a real shame.

− Kettle in the room didn’t work. Extremely loud music outside until 11:30 pm.

9.0All staff we encountered during our stay were so friendly and helpful. We had cause to require some first aid equipment quite late in the evening and sought help from the open bar downstairs. The gentleman we spoke to couldn't have been more helpful or friendly and gave us the first aid items we needed to see my mum through. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would have been happy to stay much longer!!

Live music is on occasional Sunday afternoons and some Saturday Evening. Residents Lounge on first floor.
The car park for the Kings Head is at the rear of the building accessed from Upgate, Louth, LN11 9HD
Kindly note the accommodation is located on the first and second floors, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
