Unfortunately disappointing
4.0− Not enough sufficient cooling or air flow in the living areas, some bedroom windows did not open to allow fresh air flow. House smelt stale as if it had been locked up for a long time, flea's and bugs in beds and lounge areas. Floors benches and tables all felt sticky and dirty. Unfortunately we ended up finding accommodation elsewhere for a night and cut our stay short due to being so uncomfortable.
We had a great time overall and it was a good house to relax in.
7.0All rooms were a good size. Having a back yard was good. Verandah at the front was a nice spot to sit for a cuppa and Breaky. Having two toilets and another shower was convenient.
− It was humid when we’re there. Ceiling fans were good but one of the doors at the back of the house wouldn’t open so couldn’t get a good cross breeze. Main bedroom window screen did not fit in place so we couldn’t leave the window open as it wasn’t secure.The house presented as clean but with a closer look there was dust and cobwebs in corners and places where cleaners hadn’t cleaned under things or moved things. The house was cleaner when we left.

− This a tired property in need of alot of maintenance. It does not look like the photos. It was filthy and has not been cleaned from the the previous leasing. There was urine over the floor in the toilet and a dirty dusting cloth in front of the tv. There were spider webs and spiders around the ceilings and all over the front deck. Despite going to the real estate after the first night no one came to clean the property despite us showing them photos. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING which is absolutely ridiculous for an Australian summer and it's consequently the house is a hot little box. Definitely would not recommend this property.

Great location and outdoor pet friendly
9.0A very comfortable house that can cater for 5 people. Good kitchen and a roomy lounge. The back yard is good for a small to medium dog with plenty of room for play.
− Lack of handrails on the stairs and landings that lead to the front door, all ok in daylight, but tricky at night and the lush garden wouldn’t soften a fall by much…
