− Cero proactivos. Mi esposo tuvo un accidente producto de las malas condiciones en la entrada de la hostería. Llego al hospital. Cuando ocurrió el hecho si no pido ayuda nadie lo hace. No tenían protocolo de accidente ni primeros auxilios, ni un parche curita ofrecieron, tuve que pedir hielo y después que reclamé respondieron “disculpas” pero ni siquiera un acto de cortesía por el susto y mal rato. Pésimo
