3.0Os funcionários da pousada foram super prestativos e gentis. Minha estadia não foi satisfatória, mas os funcionários não tiveram culpa nisso.
− Das instalações. Sinceramente acho que o quarto 1 do térreo não deveria estar recebendo hóspedes. Chuveiro sem pressão, com a vazão instável, saía tão pouca água em alguns momentos que nem chegava acionar o aquecimento. A descarga a mesma coisa, muito fraca, tinha que ficar acionando varias vezes. O ar condicionado não tinha a opção quente, somente frio. Quando reservei iria ficar nos quartos de cima, mas chegando lá, fui alocada nesse do térreo. Os móveis eram precários. A banheira estava interditada para uso. Além disso, tinha informado com antecedência o meu horário de chegada, dentro da diária já paga, mas chegando lá, a gerente não havia avisado a funcionária disso, e eu fiquei esperando na recepção por um bom tempo, estando com a estadia em andamento desde o dia anterior.
Aconchegante e acolhedora, equipe muito prestativa, super recomendo.
