Le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

− La piscine est minuscule (moins de 8 m pour nager). Et assez sale. Les chambres (bungalow avec vue sur mer) sont très chers et fort inégales. Certaines chambres ont aucune intimité. Directement sur le restaurant ou sur la piscine. Les autres clients ont une vue sur votre terrasse. Le restaurant est très cher et pas très bon. L’hôtel d’à côté poussada marvilha est mille fois mieux qualité prix. Même standing en beaucoup mieux.

Vista mais bonita de Noronha. Funcionários super educados e prestativos. Decoração das áreas comuns de muito bom gosto.

− Quartos precisam de renovação. Ar condicionado é bem barulhento. A propriedade estava infestada de pequenos pernilongos, tomei mais de 300 picadas. Esses insetos entravam pelo tubo do ar condicionado no nosso quarto. Nenhum repelente funcionou. Ao acordarmos, tinham muito insetos no chão do quarto todos os dias. Também encontramos baratas mortas 2x ao amanhecer no banheiro. A cozinha é regular. Não é uma cozinha de alta gastronomia. Custo-beneficio baixo. Decepcionou o fato dos peixes serem congelados, mas aparentemente a maioria dos restaurantes em Noronha trabalha com peixe congelado. Os passeios sugeridos pelo hotel tem um valor bem mais elevado do que se contratados diretamente com os guias locais, exceto pelo barco. Faltou auxílio do hotel nas informações em relação a questões burocráticas dos passeios, como a necessidade de reservar algumas trilhas com antecedência pelo sistema do Parque Nacional. Não conseguimos fazer as trilhas porque não havia mais horário e não nos foi informado que era necessário reservar antes. Não é um hotel para crianças. Como tem apenas a piscina como área de lazer, é uma opção bem menos interessante do que outros hotéis na mesma categoria de valor, que possuem sauna, academia, jacuzzi e spa.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature.
