Home away from home on a small, simple and beatiful island
9.01. The host. Karen was cheerful, hospitable, kind and extremely helpful. She always tries to welcome her guests and to ensure that they are comfortable, safe and enjoying their stay. She is also keen in improving her service. She asked for my suggestions in this respect and took note of them. 2. The establishment. The Pilot House is small, but is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The decor and amenities are tasteful. To enjoy small and simple island life on Eleuthera, it is important to have a good base. The Pilot House hosted by Karen just offers that.
− It would be great if a kitchenette would be installed in the common area. It would allow to enjoy time at the hotel even more because the guests would be able to prepare simple meals, especially breakfast, if they do not want to or cannot go out.

10.0Is a very nice and cozy place, Karen is a very friendly host and is always making sure that you are having a good stay. I loved the cleanliness and comfort of the room, also the quality of the toiletries.
