− Mobiliar dürfte gerne mal erneuert werden. Aber war zweckmäßig. Sehr hellhörig, was jedoch normal ist bei solchen Immobilien.

9.0La posizione ottima!!a 100mt dalla foto delle cartoline! Si può parcheggiare in strada a pagamento oppure in un grande parcheggio P1 a 300mt a piedi, comodissimo. La casa è antica,con pavimento,pareti e soffitto storti
− Nonostante sia una casa tradizionale non c'è cura né manutenzione. Il bagno è vecchio, i serramenti pure, un'asta che teneva la tenda era rotta e attaccata con lo scotch. Peccato, se fosse un po' curato verrebbe valorizzato.
