4.0Tiene unas bonitas vistas desde el salón y la ubicación es buena.
− Es un piso viejo en un edificio viejo. No le han hecho ninguna reforma, sólo lo han pintado y cambiado las camas ( menos mal), que son cómodas. El resto es austero, sin ningún detalle que haga la estancia más agradable. El menaje de cocina escaso, dispar, viejo. El microondas del año de la polca,así como la nevera. Las ventanas antiguas, costaba cerrarlas. El sofá incomodísimo, al igual que el sillón. El suelo estaba tan desgastado que aunque estuviera limpio, parecía sucio. Los azulejos de los baños y la cocina feos, feos. En fin, lo que es un piso ,mínimo de los años 60 ,sin reformar. Si lo que te gusta es un piso cómodo,agradable y bonito, este NO es tu piso. Si lo que buscas es un piso amplio para dormir y poco más, este piso te vale.
