2.0The bed was comfortable. That was it, the rest was awful.
− A very poor experience. The room was damp, and smelled musty. Communication from the staff was slow as was done over WhatsApp - ‘self check-in’ system. We knew not to expect much paying only £9 for a night - it was only a stopover anyway - but we thought it would be better than it was. Very noisy (other guests) in the corridor overnight, something I imagine wouldn’t have occurred had there been staff on duty in the building rather than just this ‘do it yourself’ approach that seems to be more popular these days.
