The only plus in using this accommodation was it's location to Knebworth/Stevenage. Not going back!!
1.0The positives about staying at this accommodation are very few, being the location and the following that you would expect paying a room rate of £75.00 , clean towels, clean bed linen, shower gel and soap on the bathroom sink and coffee and tea making facilities and TV.
− Everything, in a nutshell, the initial welcome was limited and were not shown to our room, on initial inspection, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom room door could not be shut by quite a margin, so not really classed as a private bathroom, the decoration in the bathroom was very poor, not clean ,out dated and poorly maintained. Also the carpet on the stairs leading up to the room, needed a good a very good clean or just replacing and there was a smell that certainly did not suggest any cleaning had taken place. No additional toilet paper provided, fortunately I had bought some spare.
