5.0Ich habe eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück gebucht, somit kann ich keine Aussage treffen.
− das Hotel hat die Ankunfts Zeit abgefragt. Ich bestätigte die Ankunftzeit zwischen 16.00 und 17.00 Uhr. Ich war 16.15 Uhr im Hotel, leider alles zugesperrt. Erst als ich die Kontaktdaten zum Hotel mit Anruf genutzt habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass in 10 Minuten jemand kommt. Nach 20 Minuten, die ich mit stehen vor verschlossener Tür verbracht habe, ist dann jemand gekommen, mit der Aussage, wir öffnen erst 17 Uhr. Für mich sehr ärgerlich weil ich einen wichtigen Anschlusstermin um 17 Uhr verschieben musste.

6.0La disponibilità del personale. La pizzeria sotto la struttura. Vista la mancanza di caffè nei dintorni se ci fosse il servizio di colazione non sarebbe male.
− La mancanza di servizio colazione. La mancanza dell'ascensore ma se non avete problemi motori e non avete una trolley troppo pesante si può fare. Il cuoco è stato molto gentile perché mi ha accompagnato alla camera portando lui la trolley per me.

− Everything else. Very bad quality of commode, bath tub, broken commode flush. It was horrible. Plus the man who runs it was either quite depressed or just unsure how to run a hotel.

− Es gab kein Frühstück obwohl es im Internet angeboten wurde. Fahrrad konnte man auch nicht unterstellen und es gab keine Toilettenartikel.Für eine Nacht machbar.
