5.0Room was clean and location in town center walking distant to shopping, jetty and restaurants
− Bad check-in experience, no staff man the check-in counter and waited for more than 20min. Room was no window, the shampoo dispatch bottle was broken, every time need to ring the bell to get the hotel staff to open the entrance door, not convenient at all.
for the price we paid, i think it’s worth for a short stay (transit) before taking the ferry to the nearby islands!
8.0The location is good as it is just a few mins walk from the waterfront! the staff was really nice as well and the bedroom clean too!
− The only issue is the water pump. So anytime you need to use the water, you need to notify the staff for them to activate the pump!
