Great location. Lovely staff and good food. Decorate the bedrooms and get new carpet!
3.0Location was great. Food was great. Staff were great!
− Bedrooms were unclean. Carpet was filthy. There was no headboard and the wall paper was filthy. The toilet was on a slant so it was a high risk activity!!

7.0Staff were lovely food was great
− Rooms are very tired and in need of a refurb and decoration.

8.0Great location, friendly staff, great food
− Room was very warm
We didn’t stay
1.0We walked into the pub and was shocked how unclean it looked and it smelled, we spoke to a nice young man behind the bar and he showed us to are room, it was absolutely disgusting the wall paper was like a patch work quilt there was pubic hairs on the toilet, toothpaste in the sink and the shower was totally disgusting it clearly hadn’t been cleaned for the next person to stay. We got are cases went back downstairs and said to the young guy ( we can’t stay in that room it’s so unclean, his reply was yes I know ) we were so dumbfounded and couldn’t believe are ears, he said he would tell his boss when she gets back. Do not stay at this pub unless you want to wake up with flies.
− Everything
Very disappointing other than very pleasant helpful staff who were trying their best
2.0The staff were very nice and doing their best to accommodate us
− No car park, was told on phone there was parking which was misleading as we had to use a public car park some way away at top of a steep hill which we had to pay for Dangerously hot water from hot tap, they knew about this we were told but had not put a warning sign on it No bedside cabinet on one side of bed, inconvenient The whole place was very "tired" in appearance, o When pub closed no staff on premises, had to use a fire escape for egress and exit of our room. The whole place was very "tired" in appearance, badly on need of redecoration. Our bathroom walls badly stained by past water leaks.
