10.0Este hotel realmente me sorprendió. Desde que llegas, el personal es muy atento y amable. Me encantó que te permiten elegir tu habitación según la ambientación que prefieras, ¡un detalle que marca la diferencia! Además, te reciben con una bebida de cortesía que hace muy agradable el check-in. La habitación, aunque pequeña, está perfectamente distribuida y equipada con todo lo necesario. Es moderna, acogedora y funcional. La cama tiene una base de madera que puede sonar un poco, pero no fue algo que me molestara. Incluyen desayuno gratuito muy completo: café americano, jugo de naranja, huevos al gusto y chilaquiles rojos o verdes. Todo muy rico. La ubicación también es excelente, a solo 2 minutos caminando de la Universidad de Guanajuato y de la Plaza de la Paz. El hotel tiene una terraza y un bar muy bonito, ideal para relajarte en la tarde o noche. En general, el hotel es moderno, bien cuidado y con un ambiente muy agradable. Sin duda volvería.

Good location but not worth the money
6.0- good location - friendly staff - clean room - nice lighting in the room
− - very small room - no windows to the outside - really warm in the rooms and no way to ventilate (as no windows to outdoors) and no AC - bathroom had no windows and no ventilation. It was terribly sticky in the room and not surprisingly there was mold on the ceiling (I don't understand how one can firget to install a ventilation system in a bathroom without wundows) - towels lost fluff, it was not comfortable to use - it was quite noisy because the bar/restaurant played really loud music until after midnight For the quality of the facilities, the hotel was really expensive and I'd rather stay somewhere else next time.
