− The only 2 things were:- There is a need for a blind in bathroom window for added privacy as original blind is broken. Also mattress needs upgrading as big dip on right side.

6.0The property itself was lovely and well presented. It was a great location being so close to the beach and the great old town of Hastings. Checking in was very easy and the staff were very friendly. All the amenities were good as well
− The shower was leaking so the water pressure was pretty poor. Also the shower floor would get very wet after a shower and was very slippery. The Mat was not big enough. The only other issue was the noise, we know we booked a hotel on the sea front by the road so we expected noise but in the weather our stay was there was no way you could not have the windows open because of the heat and there was no fan or anything provided at all. There was constant screaming from drunk people which I know is not the hotels fault but they should provide a way to keep the room cool to allow the windows shut from the noise.
