Primeira e única péssima, horrorosa experiência . . .
1.0Nada. Porque não pude nem me hospedar por uma grande falha deste lugar e do Booking.
− Pelo desrespeito com o cliente, tanto por parte desta Pousada quanto do Booking. Estávamos em 4 pessoas, sendo que dois tinham mais de 70 anos. Chegamos às 18h, já estava escuro e bem escuro. Estranhamos porque essa Pousada nao tinha movimento algum, benhum barulho, luzes apagadas. Fomos entrando para acessar a recepção e não havia ninguém, tudo deserto. Bateu o desespero, porque pensamos o que faríamos aquela altura. Conseguimos ligar para o proprietário, o qual demorou para nós atender, foram várias tentativas, quando nos atendeu disse que a Pousada estava fechada desde o início do ano e a falha foi do Booking e que ele não podia fazer nada por nós. Ali não podiamos ficar. A sorte que acessamos novamente o Booking e no Maravilhoso Casagrande Hotel Beach Club havia hospedagem ainda. Quero saber o que empresa booking fará para nós, para nós recompensar todo o estresse que causaram. Além da diferença em valores que arcamos( o que valeu muito a pena). Estou no aguardo de uma manifestação do Booking!!!

10.0La Posadita es excelente! un clásico de la zona a poca distancia de la playa y de los distintos restaurantes. Gastón, su creador, nos facilitó distintas opciones para visitar y siempre estuvo ahí para lo que precisamos. Recomiendo este alojamiento para todos los que quieran visitar José Ignacio pero manteniendo la tranquilidad y comodidad de un balneario.

10.0I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the place and its very strategic location, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches in Uruguay, La Juanita. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to assist with a great attitude. The breakfast was very complete, generous, and fresh. I also appreciated the owner’s availability to chat and give personal recommendations on where to eat and explore. The property beautifully reflects the spirit and original essence of La Juanita in José Ignacio, creating an authentic and welcoming experience.
− Honestly, everything worked very well during my stay. The atmosphere, the service, and the location made for a truly relaxing experience.
