Загалом враження позитивні: атмосфера, коні, бесейн, локація - дійсно гарно і відпочиваєш. Є моменти, які треба виправит
6.0Сподобалось розташування, сама локація красива, видова - є на що подивитися.
− Перш за все - це сніданок, що входить у вартість проживання. Тобто що саме подають на сніданок. До прикладу: подавали розстігай з рибою, а я не вживаю рибу взагалі. Офіціант повідомив, що треба раніше про це казати. А звідки я знаю, що про це маю раніше сказати? Про це не пишеться ніде, в анкеті я також про це жодної інформації не залишав, бо не запитували. Словом, недопрацювання. Взагалі, я вважаю, що сніданок, якщо вже він порційний, то має бути на вибір хоча б 2-3 страви. Так буде справедливо щодо усіх гостей. А найкраще - створити і давати під час заселення опитувальник, який реально допоможе із формуванням меню для гостей. Друге: робота магазину до 17:00. Тобто якщо я не хочу йти до ресторану, а просто купити щось поїсти, то мені не лишають вибору. Ба більше, навіщо так рано зачиняти магазин? Третє: мурахи в номері. Розумію, що будиночки-номери одноповерхові і близько до землі, але наявність мурах на столі, підлозі, ліжку у приміщені - неприпустима. В номерах варто проводити дезінсекцію.
