5.0The place is beautiful, peaceful e well looked after
− Reception is horrible. Rude and unmanned from the start. A lady was very rude as soon as we arrived, when asked if we fulfilled a form. It was just a form. We haven’t had time. We travelled for 24hs without sleeping. Very insensitive and inconvenient when we just had only again 24hs to enjoy the place. Later on we’ve tried to order dinner there and again another staff was rude. Making things difficult when guests only want to relax on a stay they chose and paid for. The following morning we tried to use pool and sauna, again, another reception member said that it was not possible because it was raining. It was raining and stopping, sometimes even slightly sunny, but the option of using the facilities under certain weather conditions it’s up to the guest.

2.0− Limpeza mal feita no meu quarto, não arrumaram a cama da minha filha, eu reclamei e ainda perguntaram “o que a senhora deseja que faça na cama?”. Meia ficava preta de andar no quarto, cama da minha filha de chão com riscos de escorpião (risco levantado pela própria gerente). Na comida havia larva. Gerente ruim, não soube contornar a situação e em nenhum momento pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido. Mesas da piscina suja, pedi pra limparem e passaram um pano sujo por cima da sujeira, lambança. Vários pontos de insatisfação, experiência foi muito ruim.
