7.0Eine gute Lage – nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und dennoch ruhig (vorausgesetzt, es fahren keine kleinen Motorräder vorbei). Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße sind vorhanden. Ein charmanter Innenhof beherbergt einen Glaspavillon, der als Frühstücksraum dient. Die nette und hilfsbereite Haushälterin (Silvia) bereitet ein sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück zu und sorgt dafür, dass alles makellos sauber ist.
− Leider ist die Unterkunft völlig überteuert. Während unserer dreiwöchigen Rundreise durch Argentinien haben wir selbst für exklusive Lodges nicht so viel bezahlt. Man kann nur bar bezahlen. Die Eigentümerin wohnt nicht auf dem Grundstück; daher muss man das Geld an Silvia übergeben, die sich nur bis zum Abend im Haus aufhält. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 5) verfügte über eine antike, rustikale Einrichtung; es war jedoch zu schwach beleuchtet, und die Heizkörper – die trotz der hohen Außentemperaturen heiß waren – ließen sich nicht abstellen. Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig: Das antike Waschbecken ist gesprungen und verrostet. Zudem ist sein Abflussrohr – dem ein Siphon fehlt – geplatzt, sodass Wasser austritt. Darüber hinaus wackelt die Badewanne bei jeder Bewegung heftig. Außerdem fehlen im Badezimmer Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Der Glaspavillon (Frühstücksraum) ist undicht, wenn es regnet.
