− A limpeza do banheiro muito ruim, tapete do banheiro muito sujo, limpeza do quarto a desejar, precisando de uma reforma geral e o custo muito alto para o que oferece, mesmo sendo uma pousada rústica.

8.0Localização ao pé da serra, na região do Pico do Papagaio, bastante privilegiada na rota para o Vale do Matutu. Natureza primorosa e clima sublime nesta região de Aiuruoca. Bom atendimento pelo casal proprietário.
− Relação custo benefício não muito favorável, apesar da estadia na alta temporada. Foi oferecido um jantar/ceia de ano novo cobrado a parte, opcional ao hóspede.
