9.0Die Lage zur Stadt ist optimal. Alles im Haus ist gut organisiert und sauber. Originell ist die Idee der Zimmerschilder zur Begrüßung. Ich sage danke.
− Ich erhielt keine Informationen ,um am Anreisetag mit einem Code einzuchecken. Ein Anruf meinerseits unter angegebener Telefonnummer- kein Rückruf erfolgt. Antwort auf meine Mail- 2h später. Durch Mithilfe eines zufällig Anreisenden konnte ich Zutritt zur Unterkunft / Zimmer erlangen.

8.0Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt von Lüneburg ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr charmant und freundlich eingerichtet worden. Das Gemeinschaftsbad, das man sich mit ein paar wenigen anderen Gästen teilt, ist neu saniert und erstaunlich sauber.
− Da es sich um ein historisches Gebäude handelt mit knarzenden Böden, weiß man, worauf man sich einläßt. Die Treppe ist entsprechend eng und unkomfortabel bei der Anreise, wenn man das Gepäck hochschleppen muss. Aber dafür wohnt man in einer charmanten Umgebung.

− Zweites OG eher für fitte Menschen wegen schmaler, steiler Treppe.
