8.0The place is central to where most of what you'll need is at (ATMs, restaurants, town proper, Boac Cathedral) which is literally walking distance. Toiletries are provided at the hotel (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and towels) and the breakfast option could be included on your booking. The check-in and check-out process was overall smooth and easy. Wifi worked well even if we're at the 4th floor. Bed was comfy and a/c worked well. They also have hot and cold shower. The view from our room was towards the church and the small balcony was a nice touch. The staff were polite and accommodating. Great addition that the TV has Youtube, Netflix and Cable! The area is quiet at night even if the location of the hotel is at the corner of streets - helps that the town sleeps early at night. I would recommend this place for a short-term stay.
− The only downside is that there is no elevator to get to the 4th floor. The place isn't PWD friendly from the entrance gate to the rooms. I think I requested for 2 extra pillows and only got 1 but that's okay. The staff could get a little training on recommendations and transpo options around the island, like perhaps basic knowledge of how to get around places. The breakfast was okay - limited options. Felt like the room was quite small for my liking, but overall it has everything that you'll basically need.
