Great place for a quiet overnight stay

Great for exploring the Nantahala River area, but would benefit from a considerable fit-out upgrade
5.0Nestled at the base of the mountains, the property enjoys a peaceful and quiet setting while still offering convenient access to the main road
− The kitchenette lacks an extractor hood, so cooking odours quickly become trapped in the room. The cookware is also quite worn and could do with being replaced. The bedding and pillows were of poor quality, and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. I would have preferred hotel-quality bedding for a more comfortable night's sleep. Some electrical sockets were loose and appeared detached from their back boxes, which didn't feel safe to use. The toilet had a ceiling-mounted heater continuously blowing hot air, with no obvious way to switch it off, making the toilet uncomfortably warm. The sink was also extremely small - a tiny corner sink that was impractical for everyday use.
