10.0The staff are fantastic. They will help you in every way they can. My room and bathroom were really big and spotless clean with plenty of storage space. The location is in a lovely friendly village and the coast of Black hall Rocks is a short walk away. If you want to experience a real English welcome then staying here is where you'll find it. A+++

Friendly, Comfortable and Reasonable Price
8.0I liked the location, as i needed to be in the area and hotels are generally 10-20 miles away. The staff were very friendly and the room/facilities were clean and serviceable.
− The Beds were very soft and the matrasses would benefit from being changed/upgraded as the springs were felt during sleeping. The Shower/toilet were clean/tidy, but the shower screen was loose and a grab rail when stepping into/out of the over bath shower would be useful. The floor covering in the corridoor was worn in place and had some stains. All of the above did not spoil my stay, as it was priced accordingly and had the added bonus of a fridge, toaster, kettle, butter and jam etc with tea/coffee facilities. Good Value for money
