− As instalações são muito precárias, apesar da boa vontade e simpatia da proprietária. Mas infelizmente não era o que eu pensava

− Instalações deixam bastante a desejar no acabamento e pintura dos cômodos e na sensação de conforto. Café da manhã é outro ponto negativo . Apenas pão e margarina e café com leite. Poderia pelo menos ter um queijo ou requeijão ou opção de frutas. Desse jeito seria melhor não incluir a opção de café da manhã no serviço oferecido.
