10.0Funcionários educados, limpeza dos quartos bem feita, café da manhã e café da tarde muito gostosos. Mar da frente é agitado, mas caminhando você chega a Porto ou no encontro do rio com o mar que é bem bonito. A área do "Spa" também é muito boa para dias chuvosos.

Overall, I left feeling that the property did not live up to its promises.
7.0I loved the beach in front of the hotel. It was spacious and really beautiful.
− I was disappointed to receive a standard room despite having booked a deluxe room. Unfortunately, no alternative was offered, even though I raised the issue immediately upon arrival. Overall, the property did not meet the level of cleanliness I would expect by European standards. While nothing was particularly bad, everything felt rather average, and the overall experience did not live up to the impression created by the photos. The property looked much more appealing online than it did in person, so I left feeling underwhelmed.
