− Bathroom door lock was broken off door jam. Could not trust toilet door to remain closed. Did not dare use shower as it appeared to be broken after it crashed down in middle of night waking us up. The breakfast was either a piece of toast or a croissant, but the only marmalade had to be scraped from previously opened and leftover, used single-use marmalade pots. We were only customers so do not know how old the leftovers were.

− We were in a room that wasn't the one shown in photos. The shower was missing the pole the shower head should have been connected too. The breakfast situation has changed from a cook breakfast and continental to just continental and the breakfast hall only open on the Sunday when the one member of staff turns in.
