8.0Ich hatte ein Gartenzimmer. Sehr angenehm und sicher. Im kleinen Garten kann gefrühstückt werden. Es ein guter Aufenthaltsort zum Lesen oder Spaziergang planen. Aufenthaltsraum ebenso sehr gemütlich, ein Wohnzimmer. Es gibt Automaten mit Getränke und Näschereien. Lage ist sehr gut. Der Bus Nr. 4 fährt in die Altstadt. Linzerstraße (Shopping-Meile) ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
− Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind eine kleine Herausforderung. Es ist ein höherer Gehsteig zu befahren ohne Schräge. Kann bei manchen Autos ein Problem sein.
