8.0Locatie was betreft uitzicht geweldig. Ontbijd top ! De host was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
− Lauw water duurde erg lang voor het er was. Zeker 10min. Kamer was vochtig, geen verwarming.. Vieze vlekken in het tapijt.

10.0Martin was fantastic. He was welcoming, gave us fantastic information including attractions and places to have dinner and made an excellent breakfast. This accommodation even gave us tickets for the cable car because of our longer stay. Highly recommended.

8.0Ruhige Lage im Hang mit großartiger Aussicht auf den Wilden Kaiser. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Ausstattung ist basic und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis top. Wanderungen direkt vor der Tür, bis zur Mittelstation der Seilbahn läuft man ca. 45min. Vom Hotel bis zum Kitzbühler Horn sind es ca. 3-4h, je nach Tempo.

Please note that it is not possible to park at the property directly from December to April as the ski slope is in front of the door. The lift is 50 metres away from the property and can be used. Parking is still possible without additional charge at the ski lift.
