9.0Nice size rooms, coffee maker. A nice touch with the coffee maker would be hot chocolate for kids.
− Had to figure out that you have to call or text property when you get there to "check in". No staff on premises. There's no front desk.

10.0I liked everything about it, right in Escalante if you want to stay in town, easy to drive to any of the national and don’t skip the state parks nearby as they’re worth it. The room was bright and spacious and very clean and cozy. Bed was huge and out of my trip one of my best stays. You have an outside area for bbq though fires are currently not allowed due to the fire ban they use propane if you’re going to use it. Point is they have all you need m. I’ve only used the table outside to have breakfast in the desert. I wish my stay was longer to enjoy more.
− The only hiccup was the connecting with them to obtain the key but it was sorted in less than five minutes.

10.0Everything! Rooms are equipped with all you need and spotless clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and incredibly beautiful.

10.0Everything was great! The room was sparkling clean and had all we needed, a comfy bed, refrigerator, coffee, table, microwave and extra blanket and pillows. The wifi was fast and reliable.
− Just that there is no in-person check in. No big deal.
