the room was nice and also the pool

− We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a half-board basis, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. - No water was provided at dinner. There were no water pitchers or water stations, and the only option was to purchase bottled water. We found this very unusual . - At breakfast, there was no self-service coffee. Guests had to ask the bartender each time. On the second day, we were informed that only one cup of coffee was included, and any additional cup required payment. This felt unreasonable, as basic coffee and tea service is normally available to hotel guests. - One day our room was cleaned but the towels were not replaced. We called to request fresh towels, which is a simple and routine request. Instead, several staff members came to inspect the situation before providing replacements, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. - The dinner food was disappointing. Apart from the fresh vegetables, dishes were not tasty or cold. By the third evening, we chose to eat outside the hotel instead. - The most troubling incident involved the hotel manager: We were a group of six staying in three rooms. One evening, two members received repeated calls to their room and were told to come to the lobby immediately. When they arrived, the hotel manager directly accused them of causing a blockage in the lobby restroom. When asked why he believed they were responsible, he claimed security cameras showed them leaving the restroom earlier that day. We found this accusation completely baseless. Using a restroom does not make someone responsible for a plumbing problem. The way the situation was handled was embarrassing, inappropriate, and extremely unpleasant. To be honest, we probably would not have written such a detailed review if not for this incident. We can tolerate minor service issues, but accusing guests without evidence is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we left with the impression that guest service and respect were not a priority

Room was clean, bed comfy, we had perfect view to mountains and over pool - relaxing atmosphere. Room had private balcony. Breakfast and dinner were very good, menu changing each day! We stayed 4 nights and never got bored of offered food. Always enough space for car to park in private parking lot. Pool was large enough, we got lucky to enjoy almost always only us in it. Location quite in middle to go by car to mountain hikes +/-1 hour drive away to all directions. We saw on dinner/breakfast families with kids, but never heard them in night time - so the sound isolation was good too!

− In the hotel do not let kids try Adventure shower - it was too hot even for adults. My husband was bit sunburn and getting "Adventure" shower on head was very uncomfortable for him. The city itself - there was almost nothing to do at.

Приятен хотел с много хубави стаи, ресторант и басейн. Храната е прясна и подбрана, и едновременно с това вкусна. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Апартаментът, в който бяхме настанени, беше просторен и изключително чист. Препоръчвам и задължително ще посетим отново.
