One of the worst hotel at Velingrad. Not suitable for foreign tourists

− Very unfriendly staff. No english speaking staff member. It was hard and connected with strong discussions to get an invoice. Breakfast is not worthy to call it breakfast.

8.0The hotel was nice, the stuff at the reception was friendly. The room was good, and the bathroom was clean. The massage lady is a goddess!!!
− The stuff in the restaurant could be more friendly. The pillows were not comfortable at all.
