8.0The room was clean and comfortable, and coffee and tea were available, and toilet was clean. Staff were polite and helpful.
− The sink in the toilet was too small and pieces of dirt flew out from the sink hole when the tap was turned on.

− The kitchen was open for food but wasn’t a bother as they allowed us to order takeaway food. Unfortunately they weren’t serving breakfast during our stay though.

8.0Booked last minute, the very hot week, so pretty warm. says they are serving food in the week, but they don't, but did go a fabulous place down the road, staff lovely, comfy bed. worth the money
A useful facility for one night. Room is adequate but cramped. Difficult to access up metal stairs
5.0Location - to access the IoW ferry from Lymington is excellent. Did not stay for breakfast.
− Noise from bar below the room lasted to almost midnight. Room is OK with plenty towels etc but cramped - especially the shower and WC facilities. Need for more shelving to place toiletries etc. Quite difficult to access room especially if carrying luggage up a lot of metal stairs.
