− Имаше обявена една цена за масаж- промоционална, за цялостен масаж, а всъщност масажът беше само на гръб, врат и задна част на краката и ни таксуваха на друга цена - по-висока Много некоректно. Нямат сешоар на рецепция.

− Не работеха нито сауната, нито парната баня в спа зоната. Басейнът е малък и предвид свободното посещение от хора без резервации, нямаше свободни места около басейна в неделя.

− Храната беше вкусна, но не достъчна. Ако отидеш по късно да хапваш - няма почти нищо, не се дозарежда блок масата.
